Founding equity ownership in a business is one of the greatest tools for wealth creation. We believe under-resourced communities can be transformed by empowering the broader population of committed non-entrepreneurial members with founding equity ownership in a business they help start and make successful.

We believe that true progress begins at the ground level, through efforts led by those closest to a community’s/business’ obstacles and opportunities. We’ve understand how wonderfully different communities are, which means there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution. By investing in grassroots engagement, and putting action to equity goals, we can lend our support to solutions that were designed to meet a community’s unique needs. Mining pain points for great ideas and barriers into solutions that can make countless people’s lives better.
How It Works
The success of the E-Corp model as an economic development tool is driven by collaboration between corporate, economic development, government and community leaders.
